The Horny Horse is a bar concept design exploring an extremely kitsch, tongue-in-cheek approach to a Scottish-themed LGBTQI+ venue. The project reimagines the traditional Scottish bar through a bold, colourful and playful lens, updating familiar references into something more vibrant, inclusive and celebratory. The aim was to create a space that feels rooted in place while unapologetically fun and contemporary.
